Founded in 1938, SNCF plays a key role in the country's rail transport, providing both passenger and freight services. The SNCF manages the operation of many different types of trains, from regional trains (TER) to high-speed trains (TGV), intercity trains and commuter trains (Transilien), all of which Smice is fortunate to work with.
The SNCF's mission is to provide safe, reliable transport services accessible to all, but above all to ensure compliance with its standards of conformity, hygiene and service: this is where Smice comes in, with mystery visits to sales, stopovers and the technicenter. These visits check that quality standards are maintained at all levels of service, from stations to trains, including passenger reception. Thanks to these visits, SNCF can identify areas for improvement and implement the corrective measures needed to guarantee an optimal experience for its customers. Together, we have also introduced self-training with the APP for employees, as well as internal audits by employees via our application.
They carry out over 8,000 visits every year throughout France. Our community of mystery shoppers also has the opportunity to take spontaneous action in the event of disruptions during their personal journeys.
